What Atlas does
Three things you never have to touch again.
Audits the chaos
Maps your current folder structure, surfaces duplicates and what's buried. You see the full picture before anything moves.
Structures around you
Consistent naming, the right hierarchy — by client, project, or date. Your rules, applied automatically.
Files itself, forever
New files land in the right place. Naming applied on arrival. The infrastructure layer that makes every other operator work better.
Before anything moves
First, she interviews you.
Most tools impose a system. Atlas builds yours. Before she touches a single file, she runs an 8-question preference interview — about 20 minutes, once, never again — about how your brain files things. Your search instinct. Your desktop. How deep you like folders. The shape of your business. Your chaos zone. Your naming habits. Where your files actually live.
Q1 · Search instinctWhen you need a file, what do you do first — type into a search bar, or click through folders until it turns up?
Q6 · The 10-second fileWhich files do you reach for constantly — the ones you need in ten seconds flat, no digging, ever?
Your answers are written straight into your business file, and every decision Atlas makes afterwards is built on them. Your 10-second files never end up more than one folder deep. Anyone can move files — Atlas understands the person first.
Plan → approve → execute
This is what you approve before anything moves.

The version rule is opinionated: always -v1, -v2, -vFINAL. Never final_FINAL, use_this_one, or (1).
What's inside the Atlas kit
Two files. One install. Runs forever.
- README.html — open first. Three-step install, no terminal required. Activation is one pasted sentence: "Read ATLAS.md and run as instructed."
- ATLAS.md — the operator herself. 547 lines, v3.0. Drop her into your AI COO or Claude Code. Everything below lives in this one file:
- The interview — the 8-question preference intake that maps how your brain files things, written to your business file.
- The decision framework — your business shape mapped to structure (service business → Clients/[Name]/Contracts · Invoices · Deliverables), folder depth capped at 2–4 levels, 10-second files never more than one folder deep.
- 12 naming conventions — one per file type: invoices, receipts, contracts, proposals, deliverables, assets, drafts, finals, templates, recordings, screenshots, exports. Think YYYY-MM-DD_ClientName_Invoice-###.pdf.
- The master index — an append-only log of every file ever touched: original name → new name → destination.
- Safety rules — never deletes, skips anything modified in the last 24 hours or currently open, one folder at a time, never scans uninvited, HOLD/ triage instead of guessing.
- Pattern learning — 3+ same-type files and she proposes a rule; 5+ files from one client and she proposes a subfolder. By session 5, she should need almost no instruction. That is the product.
- Google Drive mirror mode — setup included, so Atlas works your Drive the same way she works local folders.
I used to spend an hour looking for a contract I signed six months ago. Now Atlas hands it to me in under ten seconds — every time.— Elfina · Productive Studio founder · Atlas across 8 businesses
Answers
Common questions.
Do I need Atlas to run other operators?
Not strictly — but every operator runs cleaner when your files are organised. Atlas is the recommended foundation before the rest of your dream team lands.
Can I use Atlas with Claude Code or other AI systems?
Yes. Atlas runs in your AI COO or Claude Code — either works. Some things may vary (folder integrations, approval flow), but the operator itself works anywhere you can drop a markdown file.
Does it work with Google Drive?
Yes — Atlas is built around Google Drive. It can also be configured for Dropbox or a local folder structure.
Will it move my existing files without asking?
No. Atlas proposes the restructure first. You approve before anything moves. Always back up before the first run.
Can it delete or lose my files?
No. Atlas never deletes — ever. She shows you a full plan before anything moves, skips any file modified in the last 24 hours or currently open, and works one folder at a time. Files she's unsure about go to HOLD/ for one-at-a-time triage instead of guessing. And every move is logged to a master index — original name, new name, destination — so every file stays traceable.
Will I actually stick with the system?
That's what the interview is for. The structure is built from your own instincts — how you already search, name, and reach for files — so maintaining it never feels like extra work. And Atlas does the filing, not you: the product's own success metric is that by session 5 she needs almost no instruction.
Ready to stop losing files you know you have?
Atlas takes over admin. You get an hour of your day back.
One-time price. Yours to keep — and when Atlas gets sharper, the update's yours too.
Runs in the AI COO you already have. No subscription, no monthly fee.
