Your content calendar runs itself.

Quill is your AI content operator. She drafts in your voice, plans your calendar, and holds everything until you say "approve." Nothing ever goes out without your sign-off.

What Quill does

Three things you never have to touch again.

Drafts in your voice

Trained on your brand voice once. Every draft sounds like you — not a template. Posts, captions, emails, sequences.

Schedules to your calendar

Fills your content calendar around your launch windows and quiet weeks. No more staring at a blank Monday.

Nothing without your sign-off

Every draft moves through a hard approval gate — staged, pending, greenlit. Nothing skips steps, nothing auto-posts. You're always in control.

10 content playbooks

Every content type, one operator.

Hooks

Always 3 options, each from a different angle — never one take-it-or-leave-it line.

Short-form social

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads — with format rules per platform, not one post pasted everywhere.

Twitter/X threads

5–15 tweets that hold a through-line from the first hook to the last.

Captions

Written in your voice like everything else — and staged for your approval like everything else.

SEO descriptions

Blog meta, YouTube, Pinterest — written for search without reading like it.

Blog posts

800–1,500 words, SEO-structured from headline to closing section.

Email

Broadcasts, newsletters, sequences. 3 subject-line options every time — and the subject gets written last.

Calendar & scheduling

A weekly plan built around your launches and quiet weeks — she warns you when the queue runs low.

Batches & ideas

6–10 angles per topic, deduped against everything you've posted in the last 30 days.

Repurposing

One blog becomes 3 Instagram posts, a LinkedIn post, an email, and a thread.

Voice training

She learns your voice first.

Quill refuses to write a single word until onboarding is complete. Fifteen guided minutes, and she captures how you actually sound:

  • Your voice in 3 words — the shorthand every draft gets checked against.
  • Your no-fly list — the words and phrases you'd never say, banned from every draft.
  • Your writing patterns — how you open, how you close, how your sentences move.
  • 2–3 real writing samples — ingested verbatim, so she learns from you, not a description of you.

Then the calibration loop takes over. She tracks your first 10 pieces, logs every piece of feedback you give, and writes what she learns back into your voice file.

After 10 pieces, it should hit your voice on the first draft 80% of the time. — from the Quill README

What's inside the Quill kit

Two files. One install. Runs forever.

  • README.html — open first. The 3-step install and 15-minute guided onboarding, no terminal required. Activation is one pasted sentence.
  • QUILL.md — the operator herself. Version 2.2 — 15 sections, ~43KB of operating instructions. Drop it into your AI COO or Claude Code.

Inside those 15 sections:

  • Voice onboarding — the guided system that captures your voice before she writes a word.
  • 10 content playbooks — hooks, short-form social, threads, captions, SEO descriptions, blogs, email, repurposing, calendar, and content batches.
  • The pipeline — she builds real content folders (STAGING → PENDING → GREENLIT → POSTED), a weekly plan, and a content log of everything posted.
  • The calibration system — tracks your first 10 pieces and writes what she learns back into your voice file.
  • Optional Notion dashboard — 🔴 Drafted → 🟠 Approved → 🟡 Scheduled → 🟢 Posted. The same structure the studio runs its own content on.

Answers

Common questions.

Do I need the AI COO Setup Kit first?

Yes — Quill is an operator that runs on top of your AI COO foundation. If you haven't set up your COO yet, start with the AI COO Setup Kit ($98). Then Quill drops in on top.

Can I use Quill with Claude Code or other AI systems?

Yes. I've installed Quill in both my AI COO and Claude Code — she runs in either. Some things may vary (approval flow, scheduling integrations), but the operator itself works anywhere you can drop a markdown file.

Which platforms does Quill post to?

Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, and email newsletters. If you use another platform, Quill can draft — you copy-paste.

Will it sound like AI?

That's the problem Quill was built around. She ships with banned openers — "In today's fast-paced world," "I'm so excited to share," "It's not X, it's Y" — and banned corporate jargon baked in. Then the calibration loop tunes her to you across your first 10 pieces. Her operating philosophy: if a draft sounds like AI wrote it, the brief was too vague.

Will it ever post something without me?

No. Every piece moves through a hard approval gate — STAGING → PENDING → GREENLIT → POSTED — and nothing skips steps. Quill drafts and plans the calendar; you're the only one who greenlights. Nothing goes out without your sign-off.

How long does setup take?

15 minutes. Open README.html first — it walks you through it.

Ready to stop writing every post yourself?

Quill takes over the calendar. You take back your evenings.

One-time price. Yours to keep — and when Quill gets sharper, the update's yours too.

Runs in the AI COO you already have. No subscription, no monthly fee.
