Do I need the AI COO Setup Kit first?
You need an AI to run Quill on. The AI COO Setup Kit builds you one — and it is included free with the Trained Team bundle ($28), which costs less than Quill on her own. Already run an agentic AI? Quill drops right in.
Can I use Quill with Claude Code or other AI systems?
Yes. I have installed Quill in both my AI COO and Claude Code — she runs in either. Some things may vary (approval flow, scheduling integrations), but the operator itself works anywhere you can drop a markdown file.
Which platforms does Quill write for?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Twitter/X (posts and threads), blogs, email broadcasts and sequences, plus SEO descriptions for YouTube and Pinterest. Quill drafts and schedules — nothing goes out without your sign-off.
Will it sound like AI?
That is the problem Quill was built around. She ships with banned openers ("In today's fast-paced world", "I'm so excited to share", "It's not X, it's Y") and banned corporate jargon baked in. Then the calibration loop tunes her to you across your first 10 pieces. Her operating philosophy: if a draft sounds like AI wrote it, the brief was too vague.

How long does setup take?

Do I need brand guidelines already?
No. Upload whatever you have — a PDF, a brand page, even just a logo and your website — and Quill works from it. If you have nothing, she builds a brand kit with you in about ten minutes using six questions, and extracts your colours from your logo for you.
Does Quill connect to GoHighLevel?
Yes. Connected to your GoHighLevel account, Quill writes branded email templates directly into your email builder. She builds the templates; sending and scheduling stay with you. For other platforms she delivers a browser preview plus paste-ready HTML that works in Mailchimp, Klaviyo or anywhere that accepts HTML.
Will my emails look like everyone else's?
No. Drag-and-drop builders produce the same handful of layouts for everyone. Quill codes each template by hand to your brand kit — your colours, fonts and footer — so the email reads as your business rather than a newsletter tool.
Can Quill send the campaigns too?
